NTAHC operates on a holistic approach in accordance with the objects of the Ottawa Charter (1986), and guided by key national and Northern Territory policies and legislation.
Goals

- Prevention - Minimise the impact and further reduce the transmissions of HIV, Hepatitis C and other blood-borne viruses
